HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I purchased my trailer over two years ago for a good price. The trailer is still in great condition after being used every single weekend. Last week I needed to get a door fixed (my fault) and Ronny went out of his way to get it done quickly for me. A great communication and customer service.

Called this trailer sales company at 4:15 pm. The guy I spoke with was not very helpful and acted as if I was a bother to speak with. Did not get any info from me but I did tell him what I was looking for. He just said for me to keep calling and checking on what they have in stock. I told him I lived probably 3 hours away. WOW! Would have been a cash sale for them but guess I will keep looking.

Lots of false advertising here. Their website shows they have many trailers, and several were listed as "On Special" however when we decided to take a long drive there just to check out what they had there were only about 3 enclosed trailers on the lot and the rest were flatbeds. I thought maybe they were moving locations so I went inside and asked if they were moving and where all the enclosed trailers were and he just said that is all we have and sorry you drove out here but our website does say to call ahead for availability.
Well I get that but if you are advertising literally dozens of trailers but only have 3 on the lot then you are false advertising. I will not purchase through them. I only wish I had taken photos of the empty lot.

Great customer service! Everyone was very prompt and helpful! Was walked all the way through the process by three different people. From the initial call, pulling into the lot, doing the paper work and hooking up to leave! Never even had to ask for help not one time! Everyone was more than willing to help and get me into the trailer that was perfect for me! Thanks TRT family This was my first trailer and if I buy again it will be with you!

The employees at TRT are wonderful! Before driving an hour there, I called and spoke with the lady in the front office. She explained my options and the "out the door" price. Once we got there, Chad showed us exactly what we wanted. He explained the differences in the ways the cargo trailers were made. His explanations verified that what I wanted was our best fit.
They hooked my new trailer up for me while I paid the exact price quoted to me on the phone. There were no additional fees or surprises. I definitely recommend TRT to anyone wanting a trailer.

I needed a solid, well-built dump trailer that was small enough to pull with my half-ton pick-up. I searched trailer brands and dealerships for a month to compare the quality and price of each possible option. I found the best at TRT Trailer Sales in Lincolnton, NC. Terry returned my call quickly, and provided me will all the info I needed to get set up with a Homesteader 6x10.
His price beat my next choice by $1000. While picking up my trailer, I checked out his other stock, and he only carries the best looking trailers at some amazing prices! I wish I had come here a two years ago when I purchased my 5x10 cargo trailer: I would have saved $800 and had a better trailer!
