My friend was let go because he missed an exit. Was only in training for 2 weeks. Company complained about the cost of gas. Wow!

This should be a place to review the customer service and your truck drivers not for employees to complain

Excellent company to work for. It's in the wind. Heard that TWT is moving to Idaho in the next couple of years.

My son worked here and I was concerned for him because he was sick and not answering his phone. He was in his truck on their lot. We had to call 3 different people and no one seemed to know who to talk to so that someone could check on him. Very disorganized and they don't care much for their drivers safety or well being.

Hemp lotion doesn't give you a dirty test, ingesting or smoking weed does. Now you have 3 to 5 years without anyone wanting to hire you. Good luck

I was fired after using hemp lotion (causing a hot piss result). My fault, I accept that. But Scott in middle management shows no mercy. After a year driving for them and then a year doing night dispatch, he cut me loose without a second thought. I learned my lesson for sure. When my re-instatement is completed, I'll be steering clear of this establishment for sure!

Not that they'd have me back anyway. The DMs tried their damndest to keep us all busy and there are tons of great drivers here. I just can't recommend TWT due to one office manager that sent my whole life into the scrub tubes without a chance to prove my case. Hope to see you elsewhere in my climb back upwards and onwards. Not for anything dramatic.

Just to give him the sneer and smile for that silent "eff you, buddy." effect. Don't believe the hype. This company has serious potential, they've just got too many unprofessional and uncaring folks in power of customer relations dictating load availability and the, "Family" they want you to believe in.

Dispatchers and equipment are good. Miles. They love to run you. The dispatchers will treat you as if you're their longtime friend but also leave you alone. They do forced dispatch but they typically give you 8 hours before they bother you with a load if you're on your 10. I highly recommend.

Due to the relationship I have with this company, any opinion offered would be extremely biased! Suffice it to say it's been a positive and rewarding experience.

They don't listen to the drivers, been in trucking for 42 years. Managers protect there own little kingdom. One hand doesn't know or communicate with others to know what there doing. They think there doing a good job, but turnover rate is 100 percent. Good over the road companies have driver turnover of 15 to 30 percent, not 100 to 200 percent. Turnover rate and advertising for drivers tell you everything. They do have a few good dispatchers, but have some very incompetent management. Shop is substandard. Owners isolate themselves from the main employees.
