Unclaimed Freight

Came in today. They are overpriced! I looked at the prices of a Serta mattress while at the store and it was cheaper on the Serta website. I asked if they price match and they don't.

Was an easy buying experience for new bed for my teenager. We have bought Furniture here before and was just easy great experience! Marcus was informative friendly and just overall helpful

Today I stopped in with a friend and felt racially profiled. We were followed the entire time by the salesperson, like literally watched us the ENTIRE time from the inside portion of the warehouse to the outside, even when we came back to view more items on the inside. It was awkward and confusing because wth am I going to do put a dining room table into my coat? Just ridiculous. About 5 minutes before we left the store, an older caucasian couple came in and instead of assisting them, he continued to follow us. Won't be returning.

Decent, if a little dusty. But I found the bed set I was looking for that I couldn't find anywhere else for a cheaper price. Shoutout to Marcus for good customer service :

We've never had a bad experience at this location. We bought our kitchen table and couches here and it's always a smooth transaction. Bryan J. was very attentive today as soon as we walked in and helped us find our dresser. He didnt pressure us to buy and answered any and all questions we had without hesitation. I recommend this place for all your furniture needs!

My husband and I was looking for a electric recliner every recliner there was over $600. The salesmen were friendly and all but if the furniture is damaged shouldn't it cost less than the furniture stores? Well we did not buy there we went elsewhere and paid half the price and I love my chair.
