Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Worst. Move. Ever! These people are dishonest, unprofessional and rude. Kathleen Shea just lies and lies and lies. She responds once for every ten times you try to reach her. This is not a good company and should not be trusted.

Literal worst company in business. Never ever use this worthless group of incompetent bottom feeders if you care about your personal belongings. This whole company is an absolute racket. Your stuff will show up 3 months late, and 90% of it will be damaged. Horrible company and worse people.

Moved from Florida to Tennessee and signed an agreement to have our home furnishings/belongings delivered between September 30th and October 6th. It's now been delayed 4 times back to October 11th but no guarantee it will be here by then. Management claims it's due to a driver shortage and blames the sales department for not notifying us of the potential issue.

The sales team has commented that this hasn't been a problem they've experienced and there is no other ongoing situation with the same circumstances they are aware of. If there had been an ongoing issue with delays due to driver shortages, it was never brought to our attention, nor reflected in the "delivery window" of our written and signed agreement.

Used United Van Lines for my move to Louisiana from Austin. The plan was for packing to take place on a Thursday and loading to take the next day. Packing day went o.k. No issues other than them scratching my wall. However, loading day was a complete disaster. The local contact Joy called me on Thursday to tell me the driver's load was 'running over' and that he'd be late on Friday.

But 'running over' was not about time as I found out the next day. The driver showed up with an almost already fully loaded truck to load my 4BR house, because his previous load went over by 7000 lbs leaving only about 2500 for me and my load estimate was 9200. The contact Joy didn't even reach out to me. I had to track her down. Both blaming the other.

I can't see how the driver didn't know he wouldn't have enough space when he called Joy the day before to tell her things were 'running over'. If he did tell her, she didn't explain it to me. And why would the driver even show up? He took about 2 rooms of stuff and I was left to have the rest of my stuff to be loaded onto a box truck and then stored in a facility.

I purposely chose this van line to avoid having my stuff stored in a facility. It was supposed to all be loaded into an 18-wheeler and brought to my destination. Even the Move Coordinator Kate Koppen was non-responsive to what I had to deal with. I had to track her down. I was led to believe I was be compensated for the horrible service and total mess up on their part, but they do not want to honor it. 9 hours of pure hell.

They couldn't even promise me if my stuff will arrive in the agreed upon window which wouldn't have been needed if they didn't drop the ball. And after all of what I had to deal with, you would think Joy the local contact or Kate the Move Coordinator would call me to check on things.but no. For the money I spent, it was been very disappointing. They truly don't care about you and your stuff.

I've relocated 4 times and today has been the worst experience I've ever had. I'm starting to think this was their plan the entire time to have two separate loads. Either way, I will be filing litigation against them. I would not recommend this place. Worst customer experience ever.
