Very negative review, our family had our 9th annual Halloween party with over a 100 guests confirmed mostly kids ages 4 years old to 12, all looking forward to the jumper from past parties. We tried a new jumper company based on the amazing website http://www.pandajumpers.com/rentals-categories/slide-rentals.php so we ordered the Jumper for the party thru the number given from their website.
It so happens to be this Uni-shipper company which also serves as Panda Jumper scheduler. They were a NO SHOW very sad the kids weren't able to enjoy a jumper for our Party complete disaster. We received No calls, no emails, they never answered no answering of their phone the morning of as all the kids waited for the Jumper all morning not understanding why it never came.
A complete NO show. Major disappointment I wouldn't recommend using this company for any of there services extremely unprofessional! I made a formal complaint to the BBB as well super frustrated customer.
