Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness They Are Incompetent. They sent out wrong ID cards to everyone. HIPPA Law. Worst insurance ever. I have to call and make sure Varipro pays there bill. Always being denied health care coverages

Terrible. I requested a debit card, they(Katrina) said 7-10 days. It took two months. Finally receive the card and it doesn't work. Would not recommend them in any way. Varipro is a farce.

As a provider I encountered a problem sending a claim for payment. The customer service team helped me sign up on their portal to upload claims and helped make this effort easy. Very friendly team that wants to help

Great TPA. New FSA system is very easy to use. I can submit claims from my cell phone. Customer service is responsive and answered my questions on submitting receipts.

The customer service representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained that the government makes me substantiate my claims and it made sense. The apps that I use now makes it very easy to submit my claim for payment.

Horrible customer service, prompts aren't accurate, can't answer questions and transfer you to lines that hang up on you along with long wait times. I am stuck with them because my husbands employer but pray it is changed soon.

If I could give Varipro a ZERO I would. Having to supply a detail receipt for doctor office bills. Try to buy medical supplies at grocery store like bandages, good luck. Had FSA visa card for 5 years and this is the worst one yet. Such a hassle.

I work for a doctor's office. Had to call to verify patient's benefit and eligibility.was on hold for 12 mins and then the phone hung up. Called back and again was on hold for another 8 mins- decided to hang up. AWFUL SERVICE!
