Delivering some roof panels for their building. In/out almost as fast I could get them un-strapped! Gotta love going to another trucking company, they understand "quick"!

I've been employed with their tar division since March of '21. I never would've expected my experience to be this good. Their pay package is very generous, their equipment is nice, and they leave you alone and let you do your job. No micro managing whatsoever. Blessed to have the opportunity to work here!

A great family owned and operated business! They really make you feel appreciated, working for them! Their pay is above what other companies are paying their drivers! They have a great benefit package too!

Their trucks drive extremely dangerous. I was driving on I595 East Bound, Broward County, FL on Sept. 15, 2021 around 10:15 am and this truck plate: TK7697 #115080 was driving all the time on the left line of the highway like he did not care about all the vehicles waiting on him to pass. He was looking the mirror and he was just having fun in the cabin. Then, he decide to jump to another side of the route without any signal and almost crashing with us. See pictures here.

I am a current driver for this company. I have never been with a company that stands behind their employees like they do. They do everything they can to help in any way both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work for a company where your work is appreciated and you feel like a member of their family. I have met and grown with many people here and I have honestly found my home with these people.

I have never personally worked for this company but have had several conversations with some of there drivers over the last few years. I was always impressed with the overall impression I got from them. In response to the review stating that they are racists, I can't speak for your specific situation but I can assure you that the drivers I have encountered were from all different ethnic backgrounds and none have ever expressed that to me.

I lived almost next door to there terminal in the Poconos and can say with certainty that they do not appear to be racist. I believe you may have had a bad experience based on your work ethic or your overall qualifications as a driver and it is easier for you to rationalize it as being a race issue. I may be looking for a career change very soon and if I wind up at this company I will update this review.

Spoke with a company driver today, inquiring about the company. 3 drivers at the end of a long day, their trucks parked. When asked if it was a good company to work for, I was asked on what scale. On a scale of 10, the one driver answered "9 1/2". All 3 agreed. I spoke with them a half hour, and heard only good things. Now, this is what a prospective employee wants to hear.

Thank you Dale, and your Co workers. Not one of them would even consider another company. I am currently seeking a good company to work with, and have started the ball rolling. I have heard some drivers bad mouth and speak ill of their employers over my 20+ years on the road. Happy to say, you are doing something right at Venezia, and with the right attitude. I will speak with recruiting in the morning. Brooksville, FL here, glad to have found a possible new family to work with. Robert Beck
