Virgin Island Cargo Service

VI Cargo is very inconsistent, you have to baby sit them throughout the way. If you are not on top of them your items sits somewhere in there Miami warehouse lost and forgotten. VI Cargo excuse is it missed the boat, and then when it finally reaches they charge you full price for there poor inconsistent service. Sick and tired of baby sitting people that are being paid to do there jobs.

Security guard in cart has an attitude issue, must not like white folk. Go figure

VI Cargo has been very helpful in shipping items home to my parents. Unfortunately the website needs to be updated. When you upload your invoice, there is no conformation that the invoice has been received. The customer should receive a message stating successful upload. Secondly why cant we receive an email stating the items have been shipped. Great company with good customer service, but like I stated website could use some updating.

I've used their services for many years to ship goods & vehicles, always deliver great service. I also want to commend worker Daniel in the Miami office, for his professionalism. I have nothing but positive feedback for entire team including St. Croix.

Really nice people, 4:30 on on Friday, they stayed and help me unload my truck, anybody else would have told me to leave and come back Monday

The worst experience I've ever had since shipping with them for over a decade! They had agents in front of you that can't help you. I will be using Paradise Freight going forward!

LOST OUR ITEMS! THEIR RESPONSE.NOT THEIR PROBLEM! Worst company I have ever dealt with, Harrison sent us pictures and video footage of our items in the warehouse and then just disappeared when it came time to resolve the issue. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I moved down to St. Croix just before Hurricane Maria hit. All my belongings are in their possession. I had to leave the island but before I did tried to call them to get my things. Phone lines were down and communication was impossible. They called me almost two weeks later saying my things would be available for pick up the FOLLOWING week. I asked if there was any protocol for returning items due to inclement weather.

They said they don't ship back anything unless it's a full shipping container. How is there not a clear protocol for this? Once I spoke with the manager Harrison he told me about two third party return shipping options (a trucking company that would have to pick up everything and another cargo company that would ship back to Miami) both of which he said he would provide the information on.

He never provided it. I keep reaching out and I got nothing. He was extremely short with me and sounded impatient as if I was disturbing his day. There's a lot of thing so could say about how they're doing business but I'll just say they are in it for the money and nothing else (which is cool but the way to make more money is with honey not being gloomy and short with customers).

The whole time speaking with reps and the manager it was very dark, very "there's nothing we can do about it". For me, as a customer, I take these things into serious consideration and would not recommend anyone using these services because if anything happens to your belongings I doubt they'd take any accountability.

This company gets zero stars from me. It took over 40 days to get my car and personal items.

VI Cargo is a great way to get your stuff to St Croix. Does it sound too easy to be true? yes, but it really is. You just email your invoice to them and when your stuff comes in a real live person calls you to come get it.
