If your truck needs 20 minutes Of work or 20 days of work they treat the same! you have to wait for weeks to maybe replace a sensor! Maybe they prefer cash over warranty obligations! The poor management need to improve and prioritize each truck based on how much time it needs to be fixed! I had a brand new Volvo with 2600 mile! Stopped running in the middle of the highway! Now waiting almost for weeks to get it even diagnosed! Volvo need to change this please!

Brought our truck in for service for a warranty part that was keeping us from moving. (We typically got to our local dealership in Jacksonville, FL but had to stop.) We walked in on Monday morning, they had the part and we set up an apt for 0700 on Wednesday. (They also let us drop our trailer while we waited for our apt) Arrived on time, they have a lounge with tv, chairs and restroom. Service took about 3-4 hours, but we have no complaints! Friendly staff would come back again!

Had one of our drivers stop unexpectedly with a torn light cord. The staff at VoMac got him in right away and did a great job. Our driver was impressed by how easy it was to get in and out in a decent amount of time. He said the staff was excellent! Thanks VoMac for keeping our truckers top priority!
