Nice place for a pickup. Once you turn in You'll have to go to door 53 to check in, once inside use the vintage phone to dial out to reach shipping. Tell her your pickup up number and destination, You'll get a door. It's a first come first serve facility. Lady on the phone is very nice and friendly. I was loaded relatively quickly and paperwork was brought out to me by yard guy.

Held up at the shipper on a delivery going to this place so we were an hour and a half late. Broker told us they would work us in. Nope. Appointment only. Next one isn't available for 48 hours. If you are going to be late don't bother. Gave 3 stars because the people in the office were straight with me while I got the runaround from the broker, and they seemed nice over the phone. From other reviews it looks like they're usually solid if you are on time or early.

This location is a Kroger DC but you don't have the same experience as a typical grocery warehouse. I arrived about 3 hours early and parked in the first lot I came to on the street to take a nap. Nobody bothered me and they let me stay in that spot. At my appointment time I went to dock 53 and checked in. I was given a range of doors to choose from.

The backing wasn't too difficult because I was able to pull into the street to readjust but I can see how some spots are tight. A gentleman drove up to my truck and informed me there would be a lumper fee. He left his cell number and returned when I had the T check code. My paperwork was ready about 10 minutes later and I was able to leave. Very friendly employees and easy to deal with. I'd definitely return to this customer.

I got loaded up on a Thursday afternoon. The loader loaded me heavy in the nose on purpose because he was mad that I checked in at 4:45 pm. I couldn't get anyone to readjust my load until Friday morning. I returned twice before it was right. I don't blame the company for what that individual did.

Arrived at 11:05 and they were quick to tell me they go to lunch at noon. The office is by dock door #53. Backed trailer to dock. Detached and bob tailed to dead end of street. Watched workers go to lunch from 11:50 til 14:30. After waiting 3 hrs, the yard dog brings me my paperwork. Time is money, and they waste a lot of it here!
