If I could I would rate this company less but 1 star is the minimum. I had an encounter with a driver who lacked professionalism, courtesy and safety on the road. So I called to report the issue I had with them. When the phone was answered the first gentleman introduced himself by name but nothing more and I asked who he recommended I spoke to about my issue.

He directed me to safety. I then was connected to someone else who answered his like with "HELLO" and nothing more. I was thrown off as I thought I was calling a professional company not some backwoods driver guy. I then even explained after getting the guys name, "Dave" about his lack of professionalism and the issue with the driver. I didn't feel Dave cares about my comments so I called back and spoke to someone else who also said outright they didn't care. This tells me this is not a professional company, and I have decided I will never work with them in the future.

Good equipment the shop perfectly responsive! Good loads and excellent hours + miles! Just would happy with a little more communication between me as a driver and my assigned load, but my dispatcher is very concerned on detail and my concern of home time! A PLUS!

Critical: Professionalism Unprofessional driver pulling trailer 7272 thinks they own the road! Maybe retraining or a stern talking to will get it thru their head?

Absolutely best company I have ever work for. They treat employees like family, you are not a number or lowlife servant you are a human being. I could go on for hours about how good they are, I will try to sum it up quickly They care about their employees and dont give empty promises when i started working for them the company picnic was 4 or 5 weeks from when I started not only was invited to go but my family members also were included at no cost to me.

As I was walking thru our pavilion at the picnic and the CEO and owner grabbed my arm and said " Hi, Tom how are things going? You having any issues? I just wanted to welcome you to WTC and let you know I have an open door policy, if you have an issue and it cant be solved by people in chain above you then come see me. WE will resolve it immediately " I have never met owner of any company I have worked for let along have one seek me out knowing my name to say those words to me.

Only way I am leaving WTC is feet first with a toe tag and I will probably be kicking and screaming to let me get back to work. If you are looking for a job I highly recommend submitting application. Absolutely best job I have ever had.

Been working here for over a year and I must say this is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Yes they have their quirks as an employer but I can say I feel like I found a company I want to retire from

Can't say I had a great experience. Got stuck behind truck #1170 who couldn't maintain the posred speed limit while driving in the left lane of a there lane Highway. I believethat to be two citations. But wait after the 20 or so there drivers and I passed him he decided to speed up, still in left lane and high beam us. You would like to think that's enough to call his boss. Nope he wanted to make sure I had enough so while im attempting to get the trailer plate # and on the phone with the night dispatcher he decides he is going to brake check me.

Thanks driver you inspired me to write this with that move. By the way putting the tractor #on the front bumper makes me think others have called and someone has decided to make it difficult to call in the tractor #. Good morning
