Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I setup a meeting to get a quote to move me. We met and I showed him everything I would need moved. He told me he would get me a quote by the end of the day. Not only was my name misspelled on the paperwork, but here it is a month later and I still haven't received the quote. I've already moved.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Very very very unprofessional delivery personnel. I would defiantly not recommend anyone use this company. They should invest in their personnel. We ordered online and Welch delivery held our order for 3 weeks because they didn't have anything else coming our way we are 86 miles from their office.

Ordered a mattress through a large retailer. They have had it for 2 weeks and will not schedule the delivery. Renee is very rude, lacks empathy and professionalism. I would NEVER use this company or refer them to anyone.

Ordered a mattress from JC Penny in Midland early February. Waited 2 weeks and it wasn't delivered as they stated 7-10 business days. Called transfer company and was given the run around and no returned calls by manager Rene'. Finally called 3rd day and said it wouldnt be delivered for 3 weeks because they didnt have a load going my way and wanted more transfers going towards Big Spring. Rene was rude and didnt care when i received my merchandise.

Found out last night when i called to confirm my delivery. that Welch's is just in San Angelo! 84 miles away! If that was the case i would've picked it up myself! She made it sound like they were across state lines somewhere. So i really didn't have to wait 3 weeks to receive my mattress! Ms Rene didn't care when i was going to receive my mattress! Im so angry with this Rene!

She shouldn't treat anyone this way. Im disabled and my husband is a disabled Vet. I have been hospitalized and extra medications because i did NOT have this mattress due to back injury! My installers were very nice gentlemen. Made sure everthing was set up correctly and took old Mattress.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered something online that was delivered by Welch. Both times I had to wait several weeks for them to deliver it after they received the item. Then I never got a call from them to schedule the delivery. The only reason I knew to be home for the delivery was because I called the manufacturer.

WARNING. Worst moving company in San Angelo. They are not reliable and will lie about your stuff. Do not use them.

Hire someone else. I had a treadmill sent by the manufacturer to Welch Transfer as their area delivery option and was disappointed to say the least. It arrived on time to the warehouse and I was notified by the main shipping company by automated email that I should receive a call very soon. That first day came and went as well as the next day. I called Welch Transfer to schedule delivery and their delivery scheduler was out to lunch.

I left a message to please call me back. I didn't receive a call and called back at around 3pm and was told that she had left for the day. I left a message with the person at the front desk to give to the scheduler. The next day.no call. So I called after lunch and the scheduler had stepped out. Again, left a message with the front and was not called that day.

I finally got a hold of her and had to deal with her rude way of scheduling me for delivery, which I was informed that only happened every so often in my area and I had just missed the truck for that week. The following week the scheduler called and informed me that my shipment would not make it due to weather, which I completely understood at the time, and I was rescheduled for the following Monday at the same time of 0800-1200.

When 1200 came around that Monday, I called and the scheduler stated it would be sometime between 1100-1400. I canceled a doctor's appointment (which is not easy to do at the last minute in the military) and waited a little longer as 1400 came and went. At 1500 I called again, and was rudely told, well it's sometime between now and 1600. At 1700 I called and asked for an update, but was told that the scheduler was gone and the delivery guys were still working routes.

I waited all night but no phone call came through. I contacted the main shipping company and voiced my concerns. They were upset as well. It took two days and over 4 hours of phone conversations to finally get Welch Transfer to call back. When they called, the scheduler said that the delivery guys forgot their ID, and couldn't get on base to deliver, and failed to notify me as well.

No apology, just straight to trying to schedule me out another week later. I called the treadmill company and canceled my order. In short, don't use these people, they do not have their stuff lined up for business, and do not follow a quality control model or meet customer relations standards. That is all.

Friendly, courteous and quick -- highly recommend The crew was early and they hustled when they got started. Packed, loaded, moved and unpacked in very fast and carefully. The experience could not have been better.
