XTL is an asset-based transportation company with a fleet of late model tractors, 53' trailers and chassis. We are headquartered in Philadelphia, PA and have a terminal in Greendale, IN and a yard in Fort Smith, AR.
Services
We want our drivers to be successful during their time with XTL. The management team does everything it can to support this goal including balancing home time with lanes that drivers prefer to run. We do not force dispatch. We do not let drivers sit at shippers or receivers for extended periods of time. Our load planners schedule several days in advance so that drivers know their next load and can plan their hours of service.

Don't haul for this brokers. They will stay with your check forever. My factoring company tried calling them and gave up, they couldn't answer the calls made to them. It's now close to 2 months I'm still calling them for a 500 dollar check. If their was a negative I'd give them. They will lie to you that they will pay you next day and stay with your check.
I will publish their voicemails and email conversations and how my factoring company tried contacting them and they avoided their calls and emails here by next week if they don't pay. Then they will pay for court case for over 500 before they pay me even if it's 2 years from now
