Without a doubt - the least helpful and most un-courteous staff I have ever encountered. I will drive fifteen minutes out of my way to go to a different kinkos. awful.

STAY AWAY. poor service. Poor attitude. Cheap franchisees, did not bother to help me with working with UPS as my shipper. (BEWARE- you are not shipping with UPS when you go here, they are UPS's customer, not you as the consumer.)

Horrible service for signs. Went in first day.guy came after 5 minutes and he was clueless and asked me to come tomorrow to see manager. Saw the manager next day gave measuremnts and specifications and manager told me that he'll give me a call next day. 5 days past and no call.
